- Lawn Master Outdoor Living, L.L.C. will schedule “Dig TESS” - Customer is responsible for locationg all other underground obstrutions such as, but no limited to sprinkler lines, sewer lines, or homeowner installerd power, gas or water lines.
- Lawn Master Outdoor Living, L.L.C. is NOT responsible for Home Owners Associations approvals. - Typical installation includes cedar posts cemented 24” - 42” in ground. If rock is encountered during excavation, an additional charge ($65 per hour in most cases) may apply.
- If electrical power is not available within 100” of installation site, a fee of $65 will be required for generatorrental.
